Creating an inclusive environment where children flourish

Located in the Glenwood area of Timaru, we are a full primary school with around 300 children and 35 staff (teachers and support staff included).

We provide a positive learning environment for students from years 1 to 8 through two teams of composite classrooms. We are also the only specialised facility in the whole of South Canterbury for children funded by the Ongoing Resource Scheme.

Through Te Whare Maru, we offer highly individualised programmes students with special needs within a mainstream school. This focus on integration really supports us in our vision to celebrate our differences so we can create a strong inclusive culture where every child can flourish.

Along with a rich sense of whanau through our community links, we are also fortunate enough to have modern facilities, spacious grounds, an outdoor pool, and views of the mountains and ocean, making our school a very inspiring place to learn and grow.
